Dee Dee Ritzinger
President/Creative Director
Dee Dee is our founder, president, and creative director. Known for her strategy and marketing prowess, she directs her team to create successful award-winning print and online campaigns for our clients. When she's not hiking 14,000 ft. mountains, she enjoys art, road cycling, and running with our Aussie office greeters, Joules and Jacques.
Dee Dee is a board director for Austin Smiles and past member of Austin Advertising Federation and Entrepreneur’s Organization. Dee Dee holds a BFA in Design and Communications from Texas State University and a marketing certification from the McCombs School of Business at UT.
Dan Viotto
VP of Operations & Business Development
When he isn’t playing guitar or cycling, Dan draws from extensive consulting and sales experience and specializes in scaling up companies to make them more efficient.
For Dan, “Being successful comes from always putting the client's best interests first". He makes sure A3 has strong direction, the right people in the right roles and always keeps our team driving to improve the ROI for our clients.
Dan is a proud Bruin and earned a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
Ross Brandon
Interactive Director
Ross leads our interactive department with an emphasis on custom web development. His two young children, flocks of chickens, and tranquil country surroundings keep him easy-going and grounded.
His design and interactive knowledge, on-time deliverables, and interactive direction have helped reinvent many of our clients’ businesses.
Ross holds a B.A. in English from The University of Texas at Austin.
Gaby Hoey
Art Director
Gaby is positively authentic; from the way she likes her Mexican food to every one of her extraordinary designs. She is A3’s icon builder. As our art director, Gaby transforms our client’s businesses from local favorites to the best in the Nation with her exceptional direction. She is one of A3’s old-schooler’s and before that, she received her BFA in Communication Design from Texas State University.
Christian Maloney
Web Developer
When Christian isn’t busy remodeling his house, he is A3’s trail-blazing web developer. Christian heads up all things centered around the web.
He works tirelessly and fights hard for his client’s vision on the backend. This guy can turn any website into the mother of all websites with his masterful front and backend coding, programming, and interfacing skills.
Christian received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Lauren Ellis
Web Designer
Lauren received her Graphic Design Master's Certificate with a concentration in Web Design and Digital Imaging and a Business Marketing Advanced Certificate with a concentration in Visual Identity from Sessions, School of Design, New York in 2009.
She loves Jeet Kune Do (a mixed martial art developed by Bruce Lee), typography, dogs, tattoos, and all things happy (like the ukulele).
Ashley Doney
Studio Assistant
Ashley received her bachelor of arts degree in strategic communications with a strict concentration in hotdog mascot performing from The Ohio State University in 2009.
She has a number of diverse roles at A3. Those responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordination of events and photo shoots, research analyst, and project management.
A3 was founded in 1996 by our President and Creative Director, Dee Dee Ritzinger. Our offices are in downtown Austin.
Our core team is comprised of marketing strategists, branding experts, graphic designers, and programmers.
